The townhouse is nestled in the charming and luxurious Cherry Creek neighborhood. Some of the most highly renowned restaurants, shops, and attractions will be at your fingertips. Not to mention, you will be in great proximity to Cap Hill and Downtown to guarantee a complete Denver experience. The space is absolutely stunning. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional powder room that span among three stories. There are a total of 6 beds as well as a pullout couch in the basement to accommodate sleeping for up to 10 people. You will not have to worry about sleeping conditions being too snug! The top of the line beds with blackout curtains in each bedroom will promise a good nights sleep. You will also have access to the Japanese soaking tub in the master to soak up in pure bliss.

Although you will be within reach of amazing restaurants, if you want to have a warm home cooked meal my fully stocked kitchen will be at your disposal. The chef's kitchen includes a two-foot flat top, 2 convention ovens, and a steam oven. There is counter seating in the kitchen as well if you want to serve small bites and drinks before meals! You may also want to cozy up to a cup of coffee in the morning on the lovely furnished patio.

I have two 60" TVs with both cable and streaming capabilities, wireless speakers throughout the home, a gym equipped with a professional punching bag, small weights, and TRX. Additionally, there is a rock climbing wall kids will love to play on, high chair, booster, pack & play, and toys for the little ones.

Navigate to the Sonos App and listen to Pandora, Spotify, terrestrial radio, or any other streaming service.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full property and backyard, except the garage in the back of the property. Feel free to use the propane grill in the backyard. Simply pull the cover off, unscrew the valve underneath the grill to open the propane tank, then turn the burners on and press the ignition button. The grill is extremely easy to light and sparks up the first time every time. If the grill doesn’t ignite immediately, check all of the nobs. There is an extra can of propane under the grill.

The house is a single “zone” from an HVAC perspective. You can operate the system from the panel in the dining room. We run the A/C at 68 degrees in the summer and that keeps the house cool. We tend to turn the A/C off at night, particularly if there is anyone staying in the basement. It can become quite frigid down there. In the winter, we set the thermostat to a minimum of 65 degrees at all times and turn it up as needed.

Our luxury loft features brand new amenities, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of natural light. The space is suitable for families and small groups as it will sleep up to four people. Our home has high ceilings and offers a sleek design, with a truly inviting feel.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and ample storage for your belongings. For the additional visitors, we have a sleeper sofa in the living room and an ottoman that converts into a twin sized bed in the upstairs study. Both are provided with enough pillows and blankets to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The living room and kitchen have an open concept. This is where you will find the convertible sofa, and flat screen TV which includes Roku/Netflix! We have a fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and a lovely dining area perfect for enjoying home cooked meals. We also provide children's tableware for your little ones!

During the summer, Sloan's Lake hosts a variety of events like the the annual Dragon Boat Festival and the Arts and Music Festival. The north border of this area at 29th Avenue, between Highlands and Sloan's Lake, has recently become known as SloHi. The Space:
This historic 1922 bungalow has been completely rebuilt inside from the ground up. It has been tastefully updated with gorgeous decor, brand new flooring and kitchen appliances. On the main level there is a wonderful open gourmet kitchen with top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances, high end cabinets and marble counters. In addition, it is outfitted with a coffee maker, toaster and all other expected small appliances. The house is also stocked with all dishes and cookware if you wish to make your own meals. I have coffee, limited breakfast items, and condiments on hand for your use. At one end of the kitchen is a breakfast nook that overlooks the back yard. A high-top bar separates the living room from the dining area that seats 6. A sitting area is in the front of the house and is the perfect place to relax. There are many books on the shelves and I encourage you to enjoy them while staying in my home.


On this level there is a master suite with a king bed including en-suite master bath featuring dual sinks and a huge shower. There is another large bedroom with queen bed and an additional sitting area with desk. There is also a full bath adjacent to this room. Ascending some steps from the kitchen, you will find a loft with two twin beds that is semi private and perfect for two adults or the kids. Following another set of stairs down from the kitchen, you can access the backyard and rear alley parking pad. Continuing downstairs, there are two bedrooms each with queen beds and a large bathroom with huge shower between them. Watch HBO or stream movies on the 4k HDR TV located in the living room. You will find a comfortable sectional couch here as well and the foosball table for those inclined. Also on this level is the full laundry with front loading units for your use.


All the bedrooms except the loft have blackout blinds for your sleeping comfort. The beds are new as well, with super comfortable mattresses. As for parking, there is one space located behind the house accessed from the alley, and a driveway out front that has parking for three cars in tandem. *We also offer free EV charging for those of you with electric vehicles. Please let us know before you arrive if you will be needing this amenity. This driveway can be difficult to access during busy times of the day, but there is also plenty of well-lit parking a half block to the South.

We have 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 on the entry level and 1 in the basement. There is 1 full bathroom en suite with the master and another full bath on the entry level floor. The master bathroom has a luxurious jacuzzi tub and 2 person shower. The balcony attached to the upstairs bedroom has stunning views of the Denver skyline that twinkles and gleams at night.

There is also a very nice backyard patio and bar area. We love sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying some of our local microbrews and there is also an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals outside. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and cooking utensils/pots and pans you might think of! The dining table seats 6-7 comfortably.

My charming 4 bedroom bungalow is set in the calm Highlands neighborhood on the North side of Denver. Cherish the Colorado nights on our private patio with a gas grill & seating for the whole family.

Through the entry way on the main level, you enter on elegant hardwood floors into the cozy living room. The living space next flows into the dining room with seating for 8. Let the chef in the family rule the kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances to keep every belly full!

With 2 bedrooms on the main level & 2 more down stairs, there is ample room for families, or your whole crew to spread out. The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a delicate queen mattress, as well as a bathroom with a luxurious clawfoot bathtub/ shower.

On the lower level there are 2 more bedrooms with Queen beds, a Queen air mattress, bathroom with spacious walk in shower, laundry access, cable TV, & large couch for late night slumbers. Additionally, an open play area with children's toys to keep the kids occupied is readily available. There is also a high chair & Pack’n Play if needed!

The manicured backyard includes your evening meal needs. So fire up the gas grill to make sure your team is rejuvenated after touring Denver!

Only a 10 minute drive to Larimer Square, & a short 6 minutes to the Downtown Aquarium, or the Pepsi Center for a variety of concerts & sporting events. From there, you are on the edge of downtown Denver with multitudes of shopping, sightseeing, & year round events for the entire family. Don’t forget to take the kids to the Children's Museum for a day packed with laughter & learning for all.

Head to Sloan’s Lake Park! A brief 1.5 miles will get you to 177 acres with miles of walking & biking trails, plus connects you to several trails to explore the area further.

There are two separate living rooms - each w/ large flat screen tv. Spectacular layout including private front balcony, and perfect private back patio and yard for entertaining - complete with gas fire pit, bbq grill, and outdoor dining area. There is also a private 2 car garage.

Within minutes of doorstep guests can walk to events such as Broncos games, Pepsi Center events, Six Flags, Downtown Aquarium, 16th Street Mall, and hundreds of Denver's most popular restaurants and bars. PERFECT spot for those attending CONVENTION CENTER. We are located just off the highway for effortless I25 and I70 access.

If you need more room, there are the Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn and a Residence Inn right across the street! An ideal location and setup for medium and large groups looking for an upscale, convenient and memorable weekend in the heart of Denver.

This is not a house to have large gatherings at, my neighbor works for me and will report any incidents. If this does happen your security deposit will be forfeited!

Obliviously, the most well-known attraction is the Washington Park. The local like to compare it to Central Park in New York City, which may be somewhat of an exaggeration but it is quite beautiful. Joggers, cyclists and dog-walkers all flock here, and in nice weather, volleyball nets are set up and open to the public to play a few games. Broadway Street is also a popular area to hang out, both day and night. Try starting at Alameda and Broadway and walking north – you’ll find plenty of coffee shops, bookstores and cute boutiques to browse. The Cherry Creek Trail also runs through the Northern part of the neighborhood, so if you’re coming on bike, just jump off on the Washington Street or Downing Street exit.

The home is located at the north end of Main St, meaning that all of the restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops in downtown Breckenridge are a convenient stroll away. Since parking is onsite (2 car garage + 2 driveway spots), you never have to worry about where to leave your vehicles.

This home is setup perfectly to accommodate a large family or multiple couples. There are 3 bedrooms (including 2 master suites) and a bunk room that sleeps 4. There are beds for 10 people. Below are specific details about each of the levels in the home. The home has 3 levels that flow well together, but also provide separation when desired.

Main level:
The open floor plan is ideal for entertaining with the entry, dining, living, and kitchen areas seamlessly flowing from one to another. Guests can lounge in the living room, enjoying the gas fire place, watching TV (with a huge range of channels available, including most sports), or simply gazing out the huge windows at the Breckenridge ski area and surrounding mountains. A large dining table and 4 countertop bar seats ensure that all guests have a place to eat, drink, and socialize. You can even entertain outside with the large wrap-around deck facing north and west. Comfy seats and a heat lamp make it comfortable year round. When it is time to leave the house, the large mudroom is the perfect place to put on all your gear. It has 8 cubbies, a large shelf and bench, and 10+ coat hooks. The mudroom leads directly to the 2-car, heated garage.

Upstairs:
There is a quiet master suite with a walk-in closet and double vanity bath, a second private outdoor deck (connected to the whole home audio), flat screen TV, and a loft desk (in case you actually have to do work while here). Since this is the only bedroom on the upper level, it's more private and perfect for one or two guests who would like their own space.

Downstairs:
A second master suite with a double vanity, large tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and direct access to the outside private fire pit and private hot tub. The bed in this master is a king-size with a Tempur-Pedic mattress.

A second bedroom with a large closet, flat screen TV, and full bath. Although completely private, the proximity to the master suite makes it perfect for young families who may have a napper or young sleeper not ready for a bunk. The bed in this room is a queen size.

Bunk room: kids and fun-loving adults immediately fall in love with this space. Two twin-size bunk beds provide 4 sleeping berths with shared access to the full bath of the second bedroom. The flat screen TV and Blu-ray player make it a great space to watch movies and hang out. Note that the bunk room does not have a door that closes it off completely -- it is not a 4th bedroom.

Laundry: if you need to do a little washing while on vacation, the full size washer and drier are conveniently located downstairs as well.

Pets: no pets, but service animals are permitted. Please advise owner when making reservation.

Conveniently located just off Baseline Road, on the South end of Boulder. As you enter the home you find a charming living area with a spacious couch across from a large flat screen TV, ideal for relaxing and entertainment. All your streaming needs are met with a Smart TV, Xfinity Cable, and Apple TV. Directly ahead you will find a cozy dining area adjacent to the beautifully remodeled kitchen. Deep blue cabinets with custom wood countertops, brand new appliances, and lots of natural light make it the ideal space for staying in and cooking a family meal.

Head out the sliding glass door into the backyard, where you find a patio with gas grill and space to dine al fresco - perfect for a relaxing evening under the gorgeous Colorado sky. Make your way across the yard and follow the path to the left and around the back side of the garage. Here you will find a private entrance to a walking path which can be followed to not one, but two parks. Both can be found by following the trail off to the right: the first is a private park utilized by only a few residents in the area, then a bit further down sits a much larger community park with a playset for the kids.
Back inside the home, head down the hall to the spacious recently remodeled full bath. This space not only offers plenty of natural light to get ready for a night on the town but also provides a relaxing setting for a soak after a day hiking the Flatirons. You’ll find comfortable bedrooms down the hall to rest up for the next day’s adventures. The master bedroom offers an en-suite half bath in addition to a cozy queen bed. With a queen bed and a twin bed plus crib in the additional bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for a family of up to five.
