The Neighborhood:
University Hills is a spacious residential area encircled by commercial “big box” retailers. University Hills has an IMAX movie theater, a Dave & Busters, a couple of big name craft and grocery stores, and fast food chain restaurants. Its borders on all sides (I25, Hampden Ave. and Colorado Blvd.) are all major commuter traffic zones. The residential part of this South Denver neighborhood is full of sprawling landscaped properties populated by big, single family homes. Although this neighborhood is surrounded by severely busy streets, there is little reason for nonresidents to cut through the neighborhood itself, making it a peaceful and quiet place to live.

Our home is perfect for families or groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The expansive floor plan provides options for entertainment or work spaces. The townhouse is nestled in the charming and luxurious Cherry Creek neighborhood. Some of the most highly renowned restaurants, shops, and attractions will be at your fingertips. Not to mention, you will be in great proximity to Cap Hill and Downtown to guarantee a complete Denver experience. The space is absolutely stunning. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional powder room that span among three stories. There are a total of 6 beds as well as a pullout couch in the basement to accommodate sleeping for up to 10 people. You will not have to worry about sleeping conditions being too snug! The top of the line beds with blackout curtains in each bedroom will promise a good nights sleep. You will also have access to the Japanese soaking tub in the master to soak up in pure bliss.

Although you will be within reach of amazing restaurants, if you want to have a warm home cooked meal my fully stocked kitchen will be at your disposal. The chef's kitchen includes a two-foot flat top, 2 convention ovens, and a steam oven. There is counter seating in the kitchen as well if you want to serve small bites and drinks before meals! You may also want to cozy up to a cup of coffee in the morning on the lovely furnished patio.

I have two 60" TVs with both cable and streaming capabilities, wireless speakers throughout the home, a gym equipped with a professional punching bag, small weights, and TRX. Additionally, there is a rock climbing wall kids will love to play on, high chair, booster, pack & play, and toys for the little ones.

My townhouse is located on the West side of Denver with a plentiful view of Downtown from the open rooftop patio.

Up the stairs you will find 3 bedrooms. Each has a queen bed, in addition to a Queen sleeper sofa & Queen air mattress available for use, you can easily fit your whole crew. The living room is equipped with a 55” TV, & cable to assure there will never be a dull moment.

The master bedroom has a “ready to snuggle” queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and includes a conventient walk in shower. With another 2 bedrooms each stocked with a lush queen mattress, there will be plenty of room for your group to spread out.

Don’t want to spend your time indoors? Hang out on the deck, or take the stairs up to the rooftop patio. Utilize the inline/ natural gas grill while delighting in the extensive view of downtown, blanketed by the grand Colorado sky. For the early birds, don’t miss the spectacular sunrise over Denver. The house is a single “zone” from an HVAC perspective. You can operate the system from the panel in the dining room. We run the A/C at 68 degrees in the summer and that keeps the house cool. We tend to turn the A/C off at night, particularly if there is anyone staying in the basement. It can become quite frigid down there. In the winter, we set the thermostat to a minimum of 65 degrees at all times and turn it up as needed.

The Neighborhood:

The Sloan's Lake neighborhood, "Slohi" is perfectly located closet to downtown, just south of West Highlands. Sloan's Lake Park is situated beautifully between city and mountain views, a premier destination for water skiers, paddle boarders and sail boats. The 3 mile walking and bike paths around the perimeter of the lake make for great scenery for your daily jog or bike ride. During the summer, Sloan's Lake hosts a variety of events like the the annual Dragon Boat Festival and the Arts and Music Festival. The north border of this area at 29th Avenue, between Highlands and Sloan's Lake, has recently become known as SloHi. Here you'll find Hogshead, the neighborhood brewery, SloHi Coffee, Dudleroy's Bagel, and the new SloHi Village.

We have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths. The master bedroom has an attached 2 sink bath and has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, one of which is a loft bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The fourth bedroom is in the basement and has a queen sized bed and there is a full bathroom there as well.

There is also a very nice backyard patio, which is shaded in the afternoon/evening. We love sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying some of our local microbrews and there is also an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals outside. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, double oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher and all the appliances and cooking utensils/pots and pans you might think of! The dining table seats 6-7 comfortably.

The unit has central heating AND central air conditioning which is a must during the hot summer months!

This place is perfect for couples who want to be close to the action but in a quiet place away from the center and also for families or groups! We have lots of games and legos for the kids to play with during their stay

This historic 1922 bungalow has been completely rebuilt inside from the ground up. It has been tastefully updated with gorgeous decor, brand new flooring and kitchen appliances. On the main level there is a wonderful open gourmet kitchen with top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances, high end cabinets and marble counters. In addition, it is outfitted with a coffee maker, toaster and all other expected small appliances. The house is also stocked with all dishes and cookware if you wish to make your own meals. I have coffee, limited breakfast items, and condiments on hand for your use. At one end of the kitchen is a breakfast nook that overlooks the back yard. A high-top bar separates the living room from the dining area that seats 6. A sitting area is in the front of the house and is the perfect place to relax. There are many books on the shelves and I encourage you to enjoy them while staying in my home.


On this level there is a master suite with a king bed including en-suite master bath featuring dual sinks and a huge shower. There is another large bedroom with queen bed and an additional sitting area with desk. There is also a full bath adjacent to this room. Ascending some steps from the kitchen, you will find a loft with two twin beds that is semi private and perfect for two adults or the kids. Following another set of stairs down from the kitchen, you can access the backyard and rear alley parking pad. Continuing downstairs, there are two bedrooms each with queen beds and a large bathroom with huge shower between them. Watch HBO or stream movies on the 4k HDR TV located in the living room. You will find a comfortable sectional couch here as well and the foosball table for those inclined. Also on this level is the full laundry with front loading units for your use.


All the bedrooms except the loft have blackout blinds for your sleeping comfort. The beds are new as well, with super comfortable mattresses. As for parking, there is one space located behind the house accessed from the alley, and a driveway out front that has parking for three cars in tandem. *We also offer free EV charging for those of you with electric vehicles. Please let us know before you arrive if you will be needing this amenity. This driveway can be difficult to access during busy times of the day, but there is also plenty of well-lit parking a half block to the South.

We have 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 on the entry level and 1 in the basement. There is 1 full bathroom en suite with the master and another full bath on the entry level floor. The master bathroom has a luxurious jacuzzi tub and 2 person shower. The balcony attached to the upstairs bedroom has stunning views of the Denver skyline that twinkles and gleams at night.

There is also a very nice backyard patio and bar area. We love sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying some of our local microbrews and there is also an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals outside. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances and cooking utensils/pots and pans you might think of! The dining table seats 6-7 comfortably.

Covering 165 acres, it is one of the largest parks in Denver. Joggers, cyclists and dog-walkers all flock here, and in nice weather, volleyball nets are set up and open to the public to play a few games. Broadway Street is also a popular area to hang out, both day and night. Try starting at Alameda and Broadway and walking north – you’ll find plenty of coffee shops, bookstores and cute boutiques to browse. The Cherry Creek Trail also runs through the Northern part of the neighborhood, so if you’re coming on bike, just jump off on the Washington Street or Downing Street exit.

Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, conveniently located on the West side of Denver with easy access to downtown & Lakewood! With almost 2,500 square feet of living space, this bungalow is perfect for any type of traveler. From quick pass-throughs to extended business stays, we can accommodate both the weariest of travelers and the adventurers ready to take on all Colorado has to offer.

Through the front door into the main living area, you are instantly welcomed by the roomy couch & TV with streaming available, followed by the dining table with seating for six. Next, the newly renovated kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, farm sink, & an abundance of pantry space. On the main level, you will find the main bath, as well as the master & second bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

Head out the kitchen & down the stairs to the open backyard to enjoy an evening meal on the patio table under the orange & blue Colorado sunset.
